RETURN POLICY

Here at Pink Aurora Sky, you, our customers are our topmost priority and your secure and convenient shopping is guaranteed given of utmost importance as we offer you a return policy that lasts for up to 30 days! With this offer, you can return your item within a span of 30 days right after receiving it and we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement without complicated procedures.

To proceed with returns, kindly make sure the product you wish to return is unused and in the exact same condition when you received it including tags. Please submit your proof of purchase or receipt to complete return processing. If by any chance, the product is in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or replace the product according to our policies.

Sending your parcel back to the manufacturer is not advisable. If you do so, you will have to shoulder all costs of returns to our merchants in collaboration, with a proper tracking number for the parcel. We shall not be held responsible for any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the parcel.

Non-returnable/non-refundable items are as follows:

  • Items purchased through retailers
  • Incorrect items purchased
  • Items in good condition
  • Items delivered incorrectly
  • Items damaged through customer mishandling

    DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

    In case your purchased item gets damaged while in transit, you may send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to hello@pinkaurorasky.com. We require you to present proof of the damage in videos / images so we can assess the situation and provide you with the available options depending on the damage. In most cases, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged item.

     

    RETURN POLICY

    Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will immediately send you an email to notify you regarding your item and the status of your refund.

    If refund is applicable, processing will be done immediately and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. Depending on your payment merchant, processing time may differ but should, expectedly take only a couple of days.

    Our 30 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy extends to cover the purchases done via this method.

     

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If a refund has not been received after a week, it’s advisable to contact your bank and your credit card company since some processing time before a refund is processed may have been added.

    CANCELLATIONS

    If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours after checking out, we can provide you an unconditional refund. But if already 24 hours have passed, then you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.

    SALE ITEMS

    Only regular priced items are applicable of refund. Products on sale are considered non-refundable.
